NEW Referee Course
MVSC will be hosting a new GRASSROOTS NEW REFEREE: August 9, 2025 @ 4:00pm - 7:00pm, Tam High SchoolStudents must arrive at the field at least 30 minutes early and plan to stay for an additional 15 minutes afterwards. Parents are encouraged to join the brief 15-minute meeting, during which crucial information will be shared. Your participation is essential!

1. Log in if you have previously registered. If you are a first-time user, create an ID and password and enter your profile information. **IMPORTANT:** Save the login ID and password for future access to your account.
2. Select “Referee Program.”
3. Click on "Join Us Today."
4. Fill out the required information to create your account.
5. Click on "Referee Courses."
6. Click on "Go to Referee Courses."
7. On the “FIRST-TIME REFEREES” page, click on “Go to Course List.”
8. Under “Location,” select CA.
From there, you can join any course that is closest to your home address or any other available course location.
Once you are registered for the course, please note that you must complete all assignments to finalize your registration. The online assignment deadline is the day before the field session. Note: Students can pause their work on any assignment by saving their progress and returning later to complete the remaining tasks.
To start working on your assignments:
1. Go to "Courses."
2. Select "My Courses."
3. Select your course, then click "Go to Classroom."
4. Click on the "Assignments" tab at the top of the page when you are in your course.
5. Ensure that you complete all assignments and obtain a green check mark for each assignment.
The final portion of the New Referee Course is the FIELD SESSION, which must be attended and passed to complete the course and become licensed. Please note that participants who have not completed all online assignments will not be permitted to participate in the field session.
